Q How much time should I allow?
A. Try to order your Invitations at least 6 months before your wedding and send them out 3 months before the wedding date. Order your reception items 1 month before the wedding or as soon as the relevant information is gathered.
Order your Thank You cards in time to send out after your honeymoon.
Q. I like a design but I want it in a different colour or other embellishments?
A. This is fine; please contact us to discuss your requirements. We are able to change most of the colours and embellishments of our designs.
Q. How do I order?
A. Contact us for details on how to place your order. Use the ‘contact us’ section on our website or the telephone and we will get back to you. You can order via the post, or if you wish to have a bespoke service you may contact us and place your order via email or telephone. We work closely through personal client consultation to create unique and distinctive stationery for your special day.
Q. How long will my order take?
A. The maximum turnaround time for our stationery is 6 weeks. In many cases we will be able to complete your stationery quicker. If you require your stationery sooner than this, please let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate you. Please note however, if you require a bespoke service the turn around time may be longer. This will depend on how long it takes for us to research and source your design elements.
Q. Do you offer Samples?
A. Yes we do offer samples. These are charged at £3.00 each. You can order these samples over the telephone, post or via our website. Please fill in the ‘contact us’ section on our website and submit it to us. Any charges for samples will be credited back to you when you order your stationery.
Q. What happens once I’ve ordered my Stationery?
A. Once we have received your order we will send you confirmation. Following this we will contact you. This is really to clarify your order with you, to check we have the correct fonts and wording and correct quantities of Stationery. We will work with you until you and ourselves are confident we have the proofs completed to your satisfaction. We will then commence on the production of your Stationery.
Q. How many Invitations should I order?
A. We have a minimum order of 20 invitations and we always recommend that you order 10% more than you think you may require. This is always recommended just in case mistakes are made when you are writing your stationery or if you increase your guest list. We can however change your initial order by up to 20% if you need to. Please note: once stationery has gone into production we cannot change quantities.
Q. What should I check for on my proofs?
A. You will need to check that the Ink, paper and colours are correct, that fonts are correct, that text is aligned properly. Please double check dates, times, names, professional titles, addresses, email and telephone numbers.
Q. Will I receive my invites exactly as I see them on the website?
A. With the nature of handcrafted stationery, we can never ensure that items are exactly the same. The match will be as near to perfect as we can get, however we will always contact you if we have to change anything form the original design.
Q. Are envelopes included with invitations?
A. Yes, envelopes are included with all invitations and RSVP’s. We would never ask you to go out and find envelopes to match your Invitations or RSVP’s. All of our invitations and RSVP’s have the best match envelope included in the price.
Q. Do you offer names written in hand calligraphy on wedding invites?
A. No. We do not offer this service at the present time. We are hoping to offer this in the near future.
Q. What do the prices on your website include?
A. Prices include everything except for postage and packaging. Please contact us for detail of these charges.
